Interior Walls & Ceilings
Internal Walls and ceilings in plasterboard finish, painted in white emulsion to allow a blank canvas for your own style. Woodwork throughout is finished in white satinwood.
Internal doors
Internal doors to be light oak veneer with satin stainless steel ironmongery.
Kitchens
Kitchen layouts are individually designed to maximise the available workspace. Drawer and door units are provided in a contemporary finish with the latest soft-close technology as standard and laminate worktops with co-ordinating upstands ensure a clean, hygienic workspace. Neff Ceramic hob and built-in oven in stainless steel with co-ordinating extractor hood and glass splashback, together with integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer complete the look.
Heating and Lighting
Apartments are heated with slimline wall heaters and ladder style chrome towel rails to bathrooms and en-suite. Lighting in the kitchen, living area, hallway, bathrooms and en-suites is via attractive stainless steel recessed downlighters. Bedrooms are fitted with a central pendant fitting.
Bathrooms & En-suite
Contemporary sanitaryware in white with chrome fittings is used throughout. Bathrooms include bath with shower over and en-suites a separate shower cubicle. Finishes to walls in wet areas and floors are fully tiled and the addition of complimentary veneer wall panels provide a practical and relaxing space.
